Dear Client, Welcome to "Stock Market Research and Services". Please go through the terms & conditions of our company as per SEBI'S guidelines.

1. Investment in stock or commodity market is subject to market risk, thus no low risk product is offered, although best attempts are made for predicting market directions.
2. We do not provide any type of guaranteed, surety, or fixed profit commitment plans.
3. We do not have services related to any type of profit sharing or portfolio management services.
4. We strongly suggest you not to work on personal recommendations given by any associates of the company. You have paid the service charges in the company to receive the official recommendations on SMS only.
5. You are not supposed to give your De-mat login ID or password to any of our employees. If you do, neither the company nor any of the employees shall be responsible for your losses; it will be entirely at your own risk.
6. All payments for the service amount are subject to receipt in company bank accounts only. Never share your card details, OTP, or CVV of your debit or credit card, nor share your online banking ID & passwords.
7. All products are updated on the company website. Please read all features carefully before subscribing to any services.
8. KYC & Risk profiling are now mandatory according to government regulatory body. It is mandatory to complete the KYC before starting the services. The company shall stop providing services if KYC is found incomplete.
9. Investment Research takes all necessary measures related to risk and rewards involved in markets before delivering any advice to clients, but we do not take responsibility for any losses occurred on trades.
10. Once the client has paid for the services, there will be NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATION or TRANSFERS. We appeal to our visitors not to offer or allow anyone else to use your payment details without prior permission.
11. We do not recommend a stock broker. If any stock broker is recommended by any representative, we do not receive any consideration by way of remuneration, compensation, or any other form whatsoever from the stock broker or intermediary. We are not associated with any intermediaries.
12. The management of the company reserves all rights related to any services. The decision of the management of the company shall be final & binding on the customers.
13. In case of clients seeking advice on specific positions already made, suggestions will be considered as an opinion (not advice) from our organization. We advise clients to make their own final decisions; we are not liable for any losses incurred.
14. Though best attempts are made for predicting markets, no surety of return or accuracy of any kind is guaranteed. The performance sheets of various products should not be considered a guarantee for future performance.
15. In the event of any dispute or difference related to services, the same shall be resolved amicably by mutual conciliation. If the matter is not settled, it shall be referred to the Court of Indore jurisdiction.
